8. Shipping and Delivery
Draperly currently ships within the United States and internationally.
Orders require both processing time and shipping transit time.
Our standard processing time is approximately 7–9 business days.
Estimated transit times are:
United States: approximately 9–14 business days
International: approximately 9–19 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Draperly accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible non-defective return reasons may include:

Fit issues
Incorrect color or product option selection
No longer wanting the item
Returned products must meet the applicable new-condition requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products generally must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
10. Return Method and Shipping
All approved physical returns and exchanges must be sent by mail.
Draperly provides a prepaid return shipping label electronically by email for approved returns and exchanges.
Customers can download and print the return label.
Return shipping is free for approved defective and non-defective returns and exchanges.
Customers must contact Draperly before mailing an item back and follow the provided return instructions.
11. Restocking Fee
Draperly does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.
12. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Draperly will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Draperly will process approved refunds within 10 calendar days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account after we process it.
